PCSO and living statue in Sittingbourne High Street 'stand-off'

Is this man committing a ‘statue-tory offence’?

Justin Aggett snapped the PCSO talking to the living statue in Sittingbourne High Street on Monday.

He was one of several artists performing in the town centre that day.

It’s not known which group organised the event or why.

Mr Aggett, 44, who is an Ideas Test community catalyst for YafSheppey, an ongoing arts festival for young people by young people, said: “I think they were just having a conversation. I didn’t see a fine being issued.”

It comes a week after Batman and Superman were stopped by a PCSO in Maidstone High Street.
