TV appeal for missing man

A TV programme featuring missing Matthew Green was due to be screened this morning.

Missing 2011, was due to be shown on BBC1 at 9.15am.

The self-employed roofer, left, was last seen at the family home in Rock Road, Sittingbourne, at 8pm on April 8 lasts year when he told his parents Pauline and Jim that he was going to stay with a friend in Mile End for the weekend.

His bank account has not been touched and his passport has not been used.

Mr and Mrs Green are hoping the programme will reunite them with their son who was 26 when he went missing.

Mrs Green, 57, said: "We’re keeping our fingers crossed that the programme will jog someone’s memory."
