TWO teenagers have been charged with riding a motorbike without a licence or insurance.

Ben Deragon, 18, of Swanstree Avenue, Sittingbourne, and a 15-year-old boy, also from Sittingbourne, are due before magistrates in Sittingbourne on Monday, February 5.

The alleged incident took place on the evening of Saturday, December 2 at Hugh Price Close in the town.
