Two in court on charge of causing death by dangerous driving of Jim Molloy

Two men appeared at Maidstone Crown Court today accused of causing the death of a man by dangerous driving.

David Steele, 55, of Dane Close, Hartlip, near Sittingbourne, and Edward Parker, 51, of Sportsmans Cottages, Kings Hill, near Maidstone, will return to court on May 21 to enter pleas to the charge.

Jim Molloy, 58, from Broadstairs, died in the tragedy on the M2 between junctions three and four on July 31 last year.

Steele, 55, and 51-year-old Parker had their unconditional bail continued by Judge Martin Joy.
