Two men charged with causing death by dangerous driving

Two men have been charged with causing death by dangerous driving after a fatal road traffic collision last year.
On July 31, 2009, Jim Molloy, 58, from Broadstairs, was killed in a road traffic collision involving five vehicles on the M2 between junctions 3 and 4.
David Steele, 55, of Dane Close, Hartlip, and Edward Parker, 51, of Sportsmans Cottages, Kings Hill, were both charged on Tuesday, March 9.
They are due to appear at Sittingbourne Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, March 30.
