Woman charged with 10 shoplifting offences in Sittingbourne

A woman faces 10 charges of stealing perfume, cleaning products and shops from around Sittingbourne.

Michelle Bull is alleged to have targeted stores in the High Street, Eurolink Way, Northwood Drive, Quartz Way and Sheppey Way in Bobbing between February 8 and April 26.

A police spokesman said: "Ten charges relating to the theft of fragrances, cleaning products and groceries from various shops in Sittingbourne have been made against one woman."

The combined value of the stolen items is reported to be more than £1,400.

Bull, 30, of no fixed address, was remanded in custody and was due to appear at Medway Magistrates’ Court today.
