Improving Kent Kings claimed their third home victory in a row with a 53-42 success against Stoke Potters on Monday night.

Central Park fans saw captain Steve Boxall win all four of his heats.

But the rider-of-the-night award went to teenager Ben Morley, whose 9+1 return, including two heat wins, helped Kings stay clear of their Midlands rivals.

One-twos for Boxall and Connor Coles and Jack Kingston and Adam Kirby saw Kings open up an early eight-point cushion.

There were also heat wins for Dave Mason (8+1) and Kingston (7+1) while Benji Compton (9+1) had a solid night with four second places.

Kings host Dudley Heathens at Central Park on Bank Holiday Monday (3pm).
