Air ambulance called after 11-year-old girl falls from swing and hits head at Rare Breeds Centre in Woodchurch

A young girl has been airlifted to hospital after falling off a swing and hitting her head at an animal centre.

Ambulance crews were called to the Rare Breeds Centre, in Woodchurch, just after 3.30pm yesterday.

The 11-year-old had fallen three foot from a swing and suffered a head injury and bruising.

An air ambulance was called to Rare Breeds Centre

Paramedics requested the assistance of the air ambulance, which also attended the incident.

The child was flown to King's College Hospital in London.
