Almost nine in 10 drivers had to be reprimanded as police pulled over more than 100 cars in Thanet on Saturday.

Officers were seen in Margate Road, Ramsgate, and Manston Road, Manston, carrying out checks.

In total 42 drivers were issues with traffic offence reports. Others received words of advice from officers.
