A man's been arrested after officers were called to a reported burglary at a medical premises in Margate.

Police received a report at 7.22am today of a window damaged and a break-in taking place.

Patrols attended Palm Bay Avenue where they found and arrested a man in connection with the burglary.

A 46-year-old man from Margate currently remains in custody while officers continue their investigation.

Inquiries are ongoing to confirm what has been stolen.
