Four fire crews tackled a blaze which struck at a block of flats in Broadstairs.

Residents had to be evacuated from the Kingsgate Avenue building, at around 9.45pm last night.

A woman was treated for shock and smoke inhalation, and there were believed to be propane cylinders in the area.
