Police are not treating as suspicious the death of a man whose body was found on a beach.

Emergency crews were called to a beach in Broadstairs yesterday after the man's body was discovered.

Officers were alerted to the incident at Louisa Bay at 6.30am.

Emergency services had left the scene by 10am.

The man has not yet been identified.
