A man suffered a serious head injury after crashing an electric scooter into a parked car.

Emergency services were called to the scene in Percy Road, Broadstairs, at about 3.20am on Saturday.

A man was found with a head injury.

He was assessed and treated by ambulance crews, before being rushed to the William Harvey Hospital in Ashford.
