Ramsgate: Girl, 17, victim of reported sexual offence in Tomson's Passage

A CCTV image of a man has been released by police after a girl was reportedly a victim of a sexual offence.

A 17-year-old girl was walking along a pathway in Ramsgate when she was approached by a man, who is said to have touched her inappropriately over her clothing.

The victim screamed, causing the suspect to run away in the direction of Clarendon Gardens.

The incident happened in Tomson's Passgae, which connects Chapel Place with Clarendon Gardens at about 2.40pm on Thursday, April 26.

Detectives investigating have released a CCTV image of a man who may be able to assist them.

Officers would now like to hear from anyone who recognises the man in the CCTV image as they believe he may have important information to assist with their investigation.
