Hunt for man and woman after Ramsgate Co-op Funeralcare crash

Detectives are searching for a man and a woman after two pedestrians were left injured when a car ploughed into a funeral directors.

Police, paramedics, fire crews and an air ambulance were called to the scene of the crash at the Co-op Funeralcare in King Street, Ramsgate, last month.

Two people were treated close by, with one, a man, being flown to a London hospital with serious injuries.

The occupants of the car left the area before speaking to officers.

Police arrested a man from Ramsgate on suspicion of causing injury by dangerous driving after the incident on October 14, before releasing him without charge.

But now officers have released images of two people who they believe may be able to assist with their investigation.

Detectives are urging anyone with information about the crash or who recognises the individuals pictures to call them on 01843 222289, quoting the reference 1103727 for the attention of PC Luke Hewett.
