Video of shark swimming at Minnis Bay, Thanet

This extraordinary piece of film shows a shark swimming around in Minnis Bay.
The 23 seconds of mobile video shows the creature darting around at 7am today.
It was posted by Paul Cox the Thanet Sea Anglers Social Facbook page.

The species is not fully identified, but commentators on the page believe it is a smooth-hound.
This is part of a sub-species called houndshark, which is found in the eastern Atlantic Ocean from the British Isles to South Africa.
