Manston Airport: Last chance to register as interested party on RiverOak Strategic Partner's application

The clock is ticking on the time left to have a say on RiverOak Strategic Partners's application to the Planning Inspectorate.

In August, the decision to accept a bid for a development consent order (DCO) from the consortium which wants to turn the site into a cargo hub gave hopes of reopening the runway a boost.

Those wanting to register as an interested party have until 11.59pm tonight to do so.

RiverOak resubmitted its application to Government planning chiefs in July after being told it needed to give more details on where the funding for the scheme would come from.
