All roads have re-opened following 'major' crash involving a lorry and a car in Margate this morning.
It happened at around 4.50am near the Clock Tower between Grosvenor Hill and B2055 Marine Gardens.
The A254 Belgrave Road re-opened at around noon.
A Kent Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: "Crews used hydraulic cutting gear to remove the roof of the car to free a woman who was trapped inside.
"She was transferred to a spinal board and taken to hospital by ambulance.
"Two further casualties were out of the vehicles before firefighters arrived.
"Crews also cleared up a large diesel spillage on the roadway, caused as a result of a rupture in the lorry's fuel."
Police confirmed the road was closed to allow highways authorities to clear up the diesel spill.
