A man has been charged following a fraud investigation led by detectives from the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate

Harry Beacock, 21, of Love Lane, Faversham, was arrested yesterday after a number of reported incidents at a house in Dane Court Gardens between May and June.

He was subsequently charged with fraud and has been remanded in custody.

Mr Beacock is due to appear at Medway Magistrates’ Court via video link today.

A 23-year-old man from Sittingbourne was also arrested on suspicion of fraud and has been released pending further investigation.
