A date has been set for the opening of a brand new ice cream parlour in Thanet.

Kaspa's Desserts is due to officially open at Westwood Cross, Broadstairs, on Saturday, April 1.

The chain is anticipating a high turnout with people expected to flock to the restaurant to try the menu full of hot and cold sweets.

It has also been revealed the firm is going to offer a delivery service once it is up and running.

A post on the company's website said: "Our menu boasts a mouth watering selection of ice creams, gelatos, waffles, crepes, milkshakes, smoothies and sundaes.

"Our parlours will change the way you view dessert."
