Sexual comments made to teenage girl in Margate High Street

Police are investigating after a teenage girl was approached by a man who allegedly made sexual comments.

The girl, aged in her late teens, says she was approached outside a house in Margate High Street, just before 11am on Thursday.

The man reportedly made inappropriate comments of a sexual nature to her.

The suspect is tall and white with thick white hair, and was wearing a khaki green jumper, beige trousers, a parka jacket and a green scarf.

Police have interviewed a 64-year-old man in connection with the incident, and would like to hear from anyone else who may have been approached.
