A teenager has been arrested after police found a weapon on him.

Officers on patrol in King Street, Ramsgate, seized a knuckleduster and wraps of cannabis from a 16-year-old boy after stopping him yesterday afternoon.

The Margate boy was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply cannabis and possession of an offensive weapon.

He was released pending further enquiries.
