A woman has been treated for minor injuries at the scene of an accident.

Police and ambulance crews were called to Church Street, Whitstable, at 11.18am.

Two vehicles were involved in the accident.

There are reports of heavy traffic at the A2990 Thanet Way following the incident.

As of 12.30pm, police said officers were still on the scene.
