The parents of a newborn baby boy who died at a home in Tonbridge have been charged with causing or allowing a child to suffer serious physical harm.

Bailey Smyth-Osbourne was less than three weeks old when he passed away in Walters Farm Road on December 5, prompting a large scale emergency response from paramedics, including the air ambulance.

The Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate have now charged Michael Osbourne, 21, and Marina Smyth, 20, both formerly of Walters Farm Road.
