A key route in Hadlow was shut after a crash involving a bus and two cars.

The A26 High Street was shut both ways, with traffic queueing, following the accident at about 8pm.

Two vehicles were involved at Carpenters Lane.

It is understood the accident happened when a car tried to overtake the bus.

No one is thought to have suffered any serious injuries.
