A 16-year-old from Tonbridge has been charged with 12 counts of criminal damage by police after a spate of graffiti damaging cars

A Tonbridge teenager has been charged with going on an alleged graffiti spree.

The 16-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is facing 12 separate charges of criminal damage after a number of cars were vandalised.

Between February 9 and 21, Kent Police received a number of reports concerning criminal damage in Tonbridge, which also included damage to walls, fence panels and street furniture.

The boy has been bailed to appear at Sevenoaks Youth Court on Thursday, May 7.
