An investigation is underway after a hay barn went up in flames near Tonbridge, destroying a tractor and trailer in the process.

Crews in two fire engines were called to the barn in Seven Mile Lane, East Peckham just after 2.30pm.

They had extinguished the blaze by 3.45pm.

A spokesman for Kent Fire and Rescue Service said: "There were no reported casualties and the cause is not known."
