A woman was shocked to see a man looking under a public toilet cubicle while she was using it.

Now police are appealing for witnesses after the man's face was reportedly seen by the woman from under a toilet door.

The incident was reported to have happened within the women's toilets in the Royal Victoria Place Shopping Centre in Tunbridge Wells on Monday, September 22.

The victim said she was using the toilet near the centre's food court when she noticed a man looking at her from underneath the door.

Clubbers are relieving themselves in public rather than using toilets

Officers believe this happened between 4.30pm and 5pm.
