Part of a busy road is closed due to a serious crash between a motorbike and a car.

National Highways confirmed the collision happened on the A21 southbound carriageway between the A26, Tunbridge Wells, and the B2160, Kippings Cross.

Police are on the scene.

It was later confirmed a biker in his 30s died in the collision, while his passenger was injured.

The road remained closed this evening.
