CCTV appeal after handbag theft in Tesco, Pembury

Police are investigating after a pensioner had her handbag stolen while out shopping.

Officers have released CCTV images of two women who they believe can help with inquries into the theft near Tunbridge Wells.

The incident reportedly happened at around 1.30pm on Thursday, when the victim was shopping in Tesco at Woodsgate Corner, Pembury.

The handbag was reportedly stolen from the pensioner's shopping trolley.

Following inquiries, investigators say they would like to speak to the two women pictured in relation to the incident.
