A neighbour's keen hearing helped get a fire in the garden next-door dealt with swiftly.

The decking of the neighbouring property in Auckland Road, Tunbridge Wells was well alight.

Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called to the blaze and crews arrived seven minutes later.

They doused the flames using flexi-packs and buckets of water.

The cause of the fire isn't known and there were no reported injuries.
