If you'd like to try gymnastics but aren't quite sure where to start, an academy in Tunbridge Wells is now offering new classes.

The Next Dimension Gymnastic Academy (NDGA) in Longfield Road is now running a weekly class, designed specifically for adults to increase fitness and teach basic gymnastics skills.

They will be running every Tuesday between 8pm and 9pm.

Chantelle Harman, Operations Manager at the NDGA, says: “We are delighted to welcome more adult members to the NDGA.

"The sessions are suitable for complete beginners or returning gymnasts. And they will appeal to dancers and performers wishing to learn elementary gymnastic moves to enhance their repertoire too.”

The NDGA opened in 2011 and is a state-of-the-art £2million gymnastics facility and aims to deliver a safe, effective, professional gymnastics environment.
