Rail passengers are facing disruption throughout the morning after a train struck a fallen tree on the line.
Both lines have been blocked between Hastings and Tunbridge Wells, with services not expected to resume until at least 12pm.
Southeastern says customers can instead use tickets on Southern services between Hastings, Eastbourne and London Victoria, or Hastings and Ashford, high speed services between Ashford and London St Pancras, if the ticket was from a station on the Hastings Line, or Stagecoach's 254, 304 and 305 bus services.
