Woman in court after man was stabbed in Tunbridge Wells

A man was stabbed in Brokes Way in Tunbridge Wells.

He was taken to a London hospital where he remains in a serious but stable condition.

The incident occurred around 10.40pm on Tuesday.

Less than an hour later, a woman who is known to the victim was arrested and taken into custody.

Chloe Glew, of no fixed address, Tonbridge, was subsequently charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent.

Glew, 24, appeared before Medway Magistrates' Court yesterday where she was remanded to a hearing at Maidstone Crown Court on December 9.
