Tunbridge Wells: Police name pedestrian hit and killed by car

A pedestrian who was killed when a 4x4 hit a group of walkers has been named.

James Morden, 31, of Hilbert Rd, Tunbridge Wells, died at the scene after a Nissan Pathfinder 4x4 collided with several pedestrians who were in a group walking along Harveys Lane, off the B2192 outside Ringmer, Sussex, just after 8pm.

Matthew Lind, 31, of Broadway Court, Wimbledon, also died at the scene.

James Morden was killed in the accident on Saturday.
