Investigating officer, PC Kate Humpheryes said: "We appreciate the CCTV image is not of great quality, but we’re hoping the man himself will come forward or someone will remember seeing him in the area at the time."

Anyone who recognises the person in the CCTV image or has information that may help the investigation is asked to contact Kent Police on 01622 604100 quoting YY/19633/18.

Crimestoppers can also be contacted anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via their anonymous online form at www.crimestoppers-uk.org.
