Man suspected of stealing from Illuminations in Tunbridge Wells appears in court

A man accused of stealing from a lighting shop's till has appeared in court.
James Evans, of no fixed address, is suspected of taking cash from Illuminations in Camden Road, Tunbridge Wells.
The theft was reported to have happened between 4pm and 5pm on October 17.
The 44-year-old was arrested on October 24, the day KentOnline shared an appeal relating to the incident, and charged with theft.
He has been bailed to appear at Sevenoaks Magistrates Court on December 3.
