Teenagers arrested after brawl in Tunbridge Wells

Police were called after a brawl broke out in a Tunbridge Wells street.

Officers attended the disturbance at just after 7pm last night, in the Eridge Road area of the town.

A search was carried out for the three men allegedly involved, and the Kent Police helicopter was also scrambled.

A 16-year-old boy from London and a 19-year-old man, from the Tunbridge Wells area were arrested in connection with the incident.

The 16-year-old boy has been released pending further enquiries and the man remains in police custody. Enquiries are on-going.
