Police, ambulances and fire crews called to crash in Lamberhurst Road, Horsmonden

A man and a woman had to be cut out of their vehicles following a pile-up in Horsmonden.

Firefighters, police and two paramedic teams were called to the collision involving four vehicles, which happened in Lamberhurst Road at 9.20am today.

Cutting tools were used to free a man in a van, and a woman who was trapped in a car.

The ambulance service attended the scene

Both were suffering neck pain and were treated by paramedics. One was taken to hospital for further checks.

Firefighters helped to make the scene safe before leaving at 10am.
