Are you gung-ho enough to take on the world's biggest inflatable 5K course?

Gung-Ho! comes to Maidstone's Mote Park for the first time this summer, bringing with it some inflatable fun.

The inflatable fun run comes from the mind of CBeebies presenter Alex Winters and promises a giant ball pit, a maze of foam, and a rollercoaster sized slide dubbed Thriller.

Previously held at Brands Hatch, this year's event will be held on Sunday, June 8 and will be in aid of the Heart of Kent Hospice in Aylesford.

Suitable for anyone over 4ft, with any level of fitness, it can be a team building experience or just a foam-filled fun day.

Participants get a finisher t-shirt, race pack and medal.

It costs £30 to register for the event, which will be held in the park from 9am.
