As Kent and Medway's new reception pupils get to grips with life in school, we are preparing to mark the moment with special keepsake supplements out this week.

The first school term of the new school year is well under way and thousands of four and five-year-olds have taken those important early steps into the world of learning.

First Class is in the shops this week... pass it on

Enjoying new friends, meeting new staff and finding their way around different surroundings is all an important part of their journey and we hope to celebrate that with our annual First Class supplements.

Our colourful brilliant pull-outs, which can take a special place in memory boxes for years to come, will feature photographs of pupils pictured with their classmates and teaching staff and most importantly - in their shiny new uniforms.

East Kent Mercury (out Wednesday), Folkestone and Hythe Express (Wednesday), Gravesend & Dartford Messengers (Thursday), Kentish Express Series (Thursday), Kentish Gazette Series (Thursday), Kent Messenger (Thursday), Medway Messenger (Thursday), Sheerness Times Guardian (Wednesday) and Sittingbourne News (Wednesday).
