So we have already reached the end of February - I just can’t help but wonder where on earth the year is going!

If you’ve been listening to the kmfm Breakfast Show this week you may have wondered where my nutty sidekick Rob Wills is. Well, he’s off sunning himself o I have been joined by the lovely Garry Wilson, who presents kmfm Daytime.

The best thing about Garry is that you never know what he’s going to say or do next. You may have heard us in the mornings talking about his latest escapade, which took place when we were together at Leeds Castle.

The attraction has been advertising for a court jester to entertain during the summer so Garry decided he would arrange an audition for me. I dressed in a child’s red and black jester costume, standing on a stage hula hooping and plate spinning.

I didn’t do too badly, according to the audience – an average age of five – but I think I’ll stick to my day job. If you haven’t seen the video check it out at our kmfm Facebook page: facebook.com/kmfmofficial

Five teenagers from Queensland, Australia, uploaded a video of themselves dancing to the music by New York producer Baauer and the craze quickly spread across the globe.

The videos last about 30 seconds and begin with one person dancing to the song alone for 15 seconds, surrounded by people unaware of the dancing. When the bass drops it switches to an entire crowd dancing.

Already here in Kent we have seen a group of friends perform the Strood Shake and the Herne Bay shake, so we felt the need to step up to the mark in the kmfm office and do our very own kmfm Shake. You can see the crazy video right now at www.kentonline.co.uk/kentonline/whats_on.aspx
