Are you hopelessly devoted to cinema?

When it comes to the ultimate drive-in movie, Grease has to be right up there, and the Gulbenkian at Canterbury is giving film fans some early summer lovin’ with an outdoor screening of Grease (PG) on Saturday, April 9.

The classic 1978 film, starring John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John, comes with the chance to snap up milkshakes, burgers and fries to get the authentic drive-in experience.

The screening follows on from a similar event with 1980s classic Ghostbusters.

The film will be show on an airscreen - a giant outdoor inflatable screen. There will be a seated area with a sound system, while cars can tune in via an FM frequency.
