Theatre Ad Infinitum has been described as a ‘theatrical hand grenade’, and it’s easy to see why. To see these fierce girls in the flesh you need to head to Thanet for the Looping the Loop Festival.

The week-long performance-based festival runs from Friday, September 19 to Thursday, September 25, unleashing its third season of world class performances in Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate.

Theatre Ad Infinitum’s performance on Friday, called Ballad of the Burning Star, also offers the chance to feast on Middle Eastern snacks baked by TV’s Great British Bake Off contestant Chetna Makan.

Another show, Fish/Girl, turns Hans Christian Anderson’s Little Mermaid on its head.
