Olly Murs and Scouting For Girls announce Dreamland concert as part of the Margate Summer Series 2023

Olly Murs has been announced as the latest artist to join the Margate Summer Series next year.

The singer will be performing a huge headline show at Dreamland on Friday, August 25.

Tickets for the show go on general sale at 10am on Friday, November 25. You can book tickets, once they go on sale, here.

The popstar, who first shot to fame on the sixth series of the X Factor in 2009, will be heading out on tour to celebrate the release of his seventh studio album, Marry Me.

Since his stint on the singing competition, Olly has gone onto release hits such as Dance With Me Tonight, Heart Skips a Beat and Troublemaker.

Support for the Margate show comes from chart-topping band Scouting For Girls.

The group, who are best known for singles including She’s So Lovely, This Ain’t a Love Song and Elvis Ain’t Dead, will be warming up the crowd ahead of Olly’s headline slot.

The Margate Summer Series has already announced a string of top artists who will be performing at the vintage seaside funfair next year, including Bastille, Primal Scream and N-Dubz.

The venue also recently announced the return of the Soundcrash Funk and Soul Weekender in 2023, with music from the likes of Kool and the Gang and Hot 8 Brass Band.
