Are you looking to step things up this year?

A fitness challenge on a fairly epic scale celebrates its second anniversary this month.

MY/PT, the military fitness provider based at Betteshanger Park, near Deal, has held daily fitness sessions for more than 200 people since officially opening in January 2017.

Survival returns to Betteshanger at Deal in October

Director Jay Ingram launched MY/PT fresh from having served 16 years in the Armed Forces with an aim of helping people of all abilities to achieve their fitness goals, improve their wellbeing and support mental health in a supportive outdoor environment.

To keep your New Year’s resolutions on track and mark the anniversary, you can get half price membership all this month.

Survival will be back in the autumn

MY/PT's main event of the year is Survival – an obstacle-crammed run (or walk) across the old spoil heap at Betteshanger.

Survival returns on Saturday, October 5 with two routes - 10k or 5k. There is also a junior course for ages eight to 15. Book at betteshanger-park.co.uk
