Tunbridge Wells: Spa Valley Railway holds its CAMRA Real Ale and Cider Festival and Autumn Diesel Gala

Lovers of real ale and green hop beers will be spoilt for choice this weekend as more than 160 arrive at an annual CAMRA festival.

The seventh CAMRA Real Ale and Cider Festival and Autumn Diesel Gala at the Spa Valley Railway in Tunbridge Wells will be brewing up a treat from Friday, October 20 to Sunday, October 22.

There will be more than 160 real ales and more than 25 green hop beers, as well as keg and cask beers, Belgian beers and more than 30 ciders.

The Spa Valley Railway

The main festival takes place in the railway’s Victorian engine shed at Tunbridge Wells West Station, where visitors can enjoy a pint or two throughout the day whether they take a train ride or not, with the party continuing onboard and at Groombridge and Eridge stations too.

It is put on with the support of West Kent CAMRA.

Entry to the festivals or stations is free.
