It is not known what happened to the other man, but an onlooker can be heard to say: "He's got blood all over his face."

The video was shared on social media yesterday evening.

It is the latest in a series of violent clashes on the Kent coast.

On Saturday evening, two teenagers were arrested in Margate after police broke up a seafront brawl.

And on Bank Holiday Monday, officers were called to nearby Broadstairs when a fight broke out between two groups of people on the beach in Viking Bay.

The incident has now led to security patrols are being rolled out on beaches in response to the shocking antisocial behaviour.

The trial, set to run for six weeks, will focus mainly on Viking Bay.
