Four men charged with burglary at Cheadles Chemist in Whitstable

Four men have been charged with burglary after perfume and aftershave worth £1,538 was stolen from a pharmacy.

The raid happened at Cheadles Chemist in Whitstable High Street in the early hours of Saturday.

Stephen Bignall, 36, John Brazil, 28, and Sean Alan Reed, 44, all of no fixed address, have been charged with burglary.

All four men have been remanded in custody to appear at Canterbury Crown Court later this month

John Crittenden, 40, of Laburnham Place, Sittingbourne, has been charged with burglary and driving a Peugeot 207 dangerously and without insurance.

All four men appeared at Canterbury Magistrates’ Court yesterday, where they were remanded in custody to appear at Canterbury Crown Court on January 29.
