Man charged after ‘carrying out indecent act’ in car in Whitstable

A man has been charged after reportedly being caught committing an indecent act in a car.

Bradley Laraman was arrested after a teenage girl reportedly spotted a man in Whitstable and he has since been charged without outraging public decency.

Police were called to Kingsdown Park Road on the afternoon of Friday, August 11, following concerning reports from the area of the alleged lewd incident.

A spokesman for the force added: “Patrols responded to a report that a teenage girl had seen a man committing an indecent act in a car parked on the road.

“Officers arrested a man in connection to the incident.”

Laraman, 21, of Station Road in Whitstable, was charged on Saturday and appeared before Folkestone Magistrates’ Court this morning.
